Summer break, winter holidays, Eid or a business trip. Heat and humidity work fast on a closed house: damp, mould, AC leaks, drain smells, flat batteries. Each visit takes 45 to 60 minutes and follows the same checklist.

What we check
Room by room, in the same order, so nothing is skipped and you can compare one week to the next.
- Air and dampAC running, thermostat set, filters looked at. Humidity measured in each main room and kept below 60 per cent. Mould and damp checked inside and out.
- LeaksCeilings, walls, AC drain lines and under every sink.
- WaterTaps run, toilets flushed, drains and traps kept wet so the smells stay out.
- SecurityDoors, windows, locks and seals. Alarm and CCTV checked if fitted, smoke detectors tested, lights and blinds rotated so the home looks lived in.
- Power and appliancesBreaker panel, fridge and freezer working, non-essentials unplugged, expired food thrown out, a dishwasher cycle run.
- CarsA battery maintainer fitted and left connected between visits, the engine started to circulate oil and coolant, tyre pressures taken, and the car moved within its own parking space. Never driven on the road.
- OutsideGrounds walked, pest signs, pool and jacuzzi level and leaks, indoor plants watered, mail and parcels collected.
- BillsDEWA, Etisalat or du, chiller and service charges watched for overdue notices, odd readings and cut-offs.
What the price buys
Five things that are not standard.
Weekly visits, photographs and utility monitoring are offered by several firms in Dubai. These five are harder to find.
- An extra visit within 24 hours of a storm or heavy rain, at no charge.
- Car care at your own home: a battery maintainer, tyre pressures, and the car moved within its bay. Other firms check the battery only, or take the car off site.
- A humidity reading in every main room, written on the report, so you see the trend rather than one number.
- Insurance-claim support if we find damage: photographs, reports and access for the adjuster.
- One firm for the home, the cars and, when the time comes, the exit.

Everything in Complete, plus up to four cars with detailing before your return, a named concierge, a 24-hour line, full vendor management, bill payment with a monthly expense report, arrival extras, project oversight, and insurance-claim support.
No commitment. No set-up fee. Month to month, 30 days' notice. Vendors — cleaners, garden, pool, pest control, repairs — are billed to you at cost, and never without your approval. Your plan is confirmed after a free visit to your home. Prices exclude VAT.

Questions
How long is a visit?
Between 45 and 60 minutes, more with several cars. Your report shows the times.
Is it the same person each time?
Yes. The same concierge visits your home, and you have their name and number.
What happens after a storm?
We come back within 24 hours of heavy rain or a storm and check the home again, at no charge.
Can I change plan or stop?
Month to month, 30 days' notice. No commitment, no set-up fee.
What is outside the service?
We do not repair anything ourselves, hire your staff, let your home or value it. Those need separate licences, so we introduce you to a licensed firm and supervise the work.
