Departure Concierge

When you leave Dubai, hand us the keys.

Three things have to happen when you leave. Furniture has to be sold. The home has to go back in a condition your landlord will sign off. And every account in your name has to be closed. We do all three, for one set fee agreed before anything starts.

What it covers

Your Departure, Handled.

Items left behind

Furniture, appliances, the contents of the garage. Photographed, listed and sold to screened buyers. Whatever it fetches is yours.

The home itself

A move-out inspection with a photo report of every room, cleaning and any making-good arranged, and the keys handed to your landlord within 14 days with the condition agreed in writing.

Everything in your name

DEWA final bill, Ejari cancellation, chiller account, internet and the move-out permit. Settled and closed, with the clearance letters in your hand before you fly.

On sold items

Keep everything the sale brings in.

Furniture buyers, consignment rooms and auction houses take 20 to 30 per cent of what your things sell for. We take none of it. You know the cost before anything is listed.

  • A set fee from AED 1,500, by the size of your home and how much there is to sell.
  • Confirmed after a free walkthrough, before anything is listed.
  • Buyers pay by bank transfer before anything leaves the home. No cash, and no payment screenshots.

Questions

What does it cost?
A set fee from AED 1,500, depending on the size of your home and how much there is to sell. We confirm it after a free walkthrough, before anything starts.
Can you handle only the administration if everything is already sold?
Yes. The move-out inspection, the landlord handover and the account closures on their own start at AED 1,500.
Do you take a cut of what my furniture sells for?
No. Everything it fetches is yours.
How long does it take?
Fourteen days from the catalogue to the landlord handover, and the proceeds three days after that.
What if things don't sell?
They are donated, recycled or removed inside the same fee. You are not left with a half-empty home.
How do buyers pay?
Bank transfer, cleared before anything leaves the home. We do not take cash and we do not accept payment screenshots.

Book the walkthrough before you book the movers.

The earlier we see the home, the more of it sells as one lot.
