About
ZADANI
We look after homes in Dubai while their owners are away, and wrap them up when their owners leave. It is run by Zaid Al Sudani, who does the walkthroughs himself.

My professional life is in sustainability in the UAE, advising organisations on how they measure their impact, report it, and stand behind the numbers. Before that I worked in Canada across government, universities, international organisations and consulting firms.
ZADANI came out of watching people here close a villa for the summer, or leave the country in three weeks, with no one to hand it to.
Why it exists
Most homes in Dubai that sit empty for a summer are checked by someone with a key and no instructions, or by nobody at all. The owner finds out what happened when they get back.
The fix is not complicated. The same person visits on a fixed day, follows the same checklist, writes down what they found and what time they were there, and asks before spending any of your money. That is the whole service.
What we will not do
We do not repair things ourselves, hire your household staff, let your home or value it. Each of those needs its own licence in Dubai, and doing them without one puts you at risk, not just us. We introduce you to a licensed firm and supervise the work instead.
We do not take dogs, in-house or through a partner. We refer dog owners to a boarding kennel.
We do not drive your car on the road. It is started, charged, checked and moved within its own parking space.
How we hold your keys
Keys are tagged and logged in and out. Alarm codes are held the way you ask. Rooms you mark off limits stay closed, and we write that into the care plan so a stand-in cannot get it wrong.
Liability cover that includes your home, contents and cars while they are in our care will be in force before the first visit. Every concierge will hold a Dubai Police good-conduct certificate.
Ask anything before you commit.
The first walkthrough is free and there is nothing to sign at the end of it.
