Vacation Concierge

A named concierge visits every week on a fixed day, four times a month, checks the home room by room, starts and checks your cars, and arranges and supervises any maintenance needed. After every visit you get photos, a short video and the times. Before you land, the home is aired, cleaned, cooled and stocked.

We sell what you don't take, hand the home back to your landlord with a photo report of its condition, and close every account in your name — DEWA, Ejari, chiller, internet. Fourteen days from the walkthrough to the keys.

How it starts

  1. Step 1
    A free walkthroughWe walk the home together, free of charge, whether you are going on vacation or moving out for good. You tell us what matters, which rooms are off limits and who else has access.
  2. Step 2
    Your plan, in writingWhat we will do, how often, and what it costs. For an exit, the fee is confirmed here, before anything is listed.
  3. Step 3
    Keys and access on your termsKeys are tagged and logged in and out. Alarm codes are held the way you ask us to hold them.
  4. Step 4
    We start, and you get it in writingThe same person each time. After every visit, and at every stage of an exit, you get photos, notes and the times.

Questions

How long is a visit?
Between 45 and 60 minutes, more with several cars. Your report shows the times we arrived and left.
Will you drive my car?
Never on the road. We keep a battery maintainer on it, start it to circulate oil and coolant, check the tyres, and move it within its own parking space so the tyres rest on a new spot.
What if something needs repairing?
We send you photos and a costed plan. Nothing is repaired or bought without your written approval, and vendor costs are billed to you at cost.
Do you take a cut of what my furniture sells for?
No. Everything it fetches is yours. We charge a set fee, agreed before anything is listed.
Do you look after pets?
Cats and small caged pets, as an add-on, through a partner sitter. We do not take dogs.
